He explained everything to me and not once during this time did I feel pressured into anything. He explained all my options and prices and the decision was up to me. Because of this customer service I chose Uniontown detailing. We could not be more happier with the work performed. The car looks amazing. Plus any correspondence with Matt feels more like speaking to an old buddy then a business owner. To me that's what a lot of business lacks. That personal feel and friendliness. “My F150 had a few noticeable flaws in the paint. It had some deep scratches and swirls that were really bothering me, so I started looking into paint correction. I called a few places and inquired online about the process. Matt returned my online inquiry with a phone call and I described what I had going on with my truck. After some discussion, he offered to take a look at it if I had some time to drop by their shop. I was sold on Matt getting my business because of his honesty. I pointed out things that I wanted to see addressed, and he was very upfront about what kind of results I could expect. He even showed me other areas on my truck that I hadn’t noticed. He went over what they would do, offered to show me inside their shop, discussed their very reasonable pricing options for their services and got me scheduled right away. Even went as far to provide me updates and videos of the progress they were making while the truck was in the shop.
